Noor Gardens lets a mosque or Islamic centre publish which of its rooms are free, and lets people ask to book them. It is provided free of charge.

The agreement over a room is between the centre and the person hiring it. We are not a party to it. We do not own, inspect or insure any room.

Prices shown here are set by the centre and are for information. Nothing is charged or collected through this service. Payment, deposits and refunds are arranged directly between the centre and the person hiring, exactly as they were before.

• Give real contact details when you ask to book.
• Do not use the booking form to send messages to anyone.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the service.
• Do not book rooms you do not intend to use.

A centre may decline any request, for any reason, and may cancel a booking. We may suspend a centre or a person who abuses the service.

Whoever signs a centre up confirms they are allowed to act for it. The centre is responsible for what it publishes here, including its own conditions of hire, and for handling the details of people who book with it properly.

We work hard to make sure two bookings can never take the same room at the same time, and the service is built so the database itself refuses to allow it. Even so, this is a free service offered as it is. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for loss arising from an event that did not go ahead.

Keep your own note of anything you cannot afford to lose.

We may change these terms and will post the change here. A centre may close its page at any time from its settings. We may withdraw the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
